Why we built SumaKey
It all started with a simple observation: paper loyalty cards don't work. They get lost, forgotten at home, wet, or torn. And when it's time to redeem points, the customer no longer has them.
Apps aren't the solution either. Nobody wants to download a different app for every coffee shop or hair salon they visit. The result: loyalty programs that don't build loyalty.
So we asked ourselves: What if loyalty cards lived where customers already are?
